Are there any posting costs? No. None at all. It's FREE!
Do I have to pay V.A.T.? Not at all, we can ship anything out to you under £18 free of VAT, but on your orders over £18 we pay the VAT ourselves, as we get all our products direct from the distributors and manufacturers we can offer to pay for all the costs that you would have paid!
How can you sell items over the VAT Threshold without VAT?
Well actually we can't! But what we can do is actually save YOU money buy incuring that cost ourselves. We have been doing such increased sales locally where our customers don't have to pay for VAT we thought that we could pass the same benefits onto you. So VAT is still paid but it is paid by us and not by you!
How will it be packaged? Each item will be packaged individually in secured bubble wrapped bags so that Customs know that each item is under the V.A.T. threshold, so if you have ordered multiple items, you unfortunately, or fortunately will receive lots of packages, so its Christmas all over again!
On bigger orders like the RIF's, they will be packaged up in packaging paper, the brown paper really, and taped up securely so that it can handle the postal services 'delicate' hands!
Do I have to be a UKARA registered player? For any of the accessories, you don't have to be a registered UKARA player, but with the VCR Act, if you are buying any RIF's you will have to be a registered player to buy one of them.
Do you post on weekends? Unfortuntely, where we are based, postings on saturdays or sundays do not happen, but any orders taken on those days will be shipped out first thing on the Monday following.
How long does posting take? If you have put your order in before 10:00 AM on that day, your package will be posted out that day. Post takes on average 2 days (4 days on the RIF''s). But please allow up to 7 working days.
How can I get hold of you if I need more information? Our email address is info@novatcombat.com
Is it a first in line ordering system? Yes, indeed it will. If you have ordered the item before someone else and it goes out of stock later, whoever is first in line who ordered that item will be the first person to have the item packaged and sent out to.
